SPIKE These terms apply when you use Spike Rally at spikerally.buzz and any other address where we publish it (the "Game"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.
1. Using the Game
The Game is free for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, sell, rehost, frame on another website or modify the Game, or use bots or scripts to play it or to overload our services, without our written permission.
2. Age
The Game is meant for a general audience. If you are under the age at which you can agree to these terms where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
3. Online play
Online matches connect your browser with your opponent's. Only play with people you know or trust, don't share room codes publicly if you want a private game, and don't use online play to harass anyone, cheat or disrupt matches. We may block access for anyone who misuses it. Online play depends on third-party servers and networks and may sometimes be unavailable.
4. Stars and unlocks
Stars and shop items are part of the game only. They have no money value, can't be bought, sold or exchanged, and are stored in your browser, so they can be lost if you clear your browser data or switch devices. We may change how stars and items work.
5. Third-party content
The Game may in future show ads or link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for third-party content or websites.
6. Ownership
The Game, including its code, graphics, name and logo, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Team names in the Game are fictional.
7. No warranty
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or that your progress will be kept.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of data or game progress, arising from your use of the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
9. Changes
We may update the Game and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
